      To save environment from pollutions, Talaythai Transport Co.,Ltd. is running the new project to change the tug boat engines from diesel engine to NGV engine. CRM by MCC
“MCC” or “Marine Call Center” was set up by the Inter- marine group in the Double A Alliance to work as “the CRM (Customer Relation Management) center”.

This provides customer services as following ;

1. Collects all information of each company in the Inter-marine group.
2. Reports all information related to loading sequences to customers and all parties concerned.
3. Works as an agent to cooperate with customers and all parties concerned.
